After I stripped, sanded, and stained my solid-oak kitchen table, I brushed three coats of polyurethane on the underside. It came out great. The first coat on the top looked good too.
Cured polyurethane foam is chemically inert and non-reactive in approved applications, and will not harm electrical wire insulations, Romex®, rubber, PVC, polyethylene (i.e., PEX) or other plastic. It is approved for use around wires, plumbing penetrations, etc., and contains no formaldehyde.
Permits joints to stretch or compress. Silicones will stick to painted surfaces, but paint will not adhere to most cured silicones. Polyurethane, expandable spray foam. Expands when curing; good for larger cracks indoors or outdoors. Use in nonfriction areas, as material can become dry and powdery over time. Solvent such as lacquer thinner, if ...
One of the best advantages of polyurethane is that it is a cheaper alternative to concrete replacement. It can cost 70% less than breaking up, removing, and repouring your concrete slab, depending on the severity of the repairs. Polyurethane foam never loses density and displaces water, so it won't wash away or lose its strength.

Maybe remove as much fabric as you can. Maybe remove window treatments and other items that are easily removeable. This is me just brainstorming. Oh, and I would change all the filters in your house, especially in the AC/heating units. Probably in dryer, too. I don’t know why absco seems to take so long to cure…or at least in some cases.
Spray Foam Insulation: The predominant heat transfer mechanism for spray foam is conduction. However, because the polymer matrix forming the cells is a poor conductor of heat, spray polyurethane foam has a very high R-Value and effectively blocks heat transfer by conduction.
Cured insulation foam is non-toxic to pets who may ingest it, but choking or intestinal blockage can still occur. Make sure to thoroughly clean your work space and strip away any excess foam if your dog has access to the area. If your pet has consumed urethane foam in any cured or uncured condition, seek veterinary attention immediately.
